new tag board

okay ive received complaints (feedback) from letitia and lijun that they couldnt post anything on the tagboard.

so i added another one below.

okay. hows this for reunion. since we cant have everybody. 12th dec. because its an auspicious number. and because theres no point putting it on days when people just come back or smth.
